Terms of Service

1. Who may use Hunas

You may use Hunas only if you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. If you use Hunas on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business, and references to "you" include that business.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are issued to named individuals and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@hunas.ai if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your administrators control which colleagues have access to your business records and what each of them may do. You are responsible for keeping those permissions appropriate and for removing access when someone leaves your organisation.

3. What Hunas is, and what it is not

Hunas provides the software through which businesses list products, agree prices, place and fulfil orders, manage stock and deliveries, and exchange the related documents.

Contracts for the sale and purchase of goods are formed directly between the buying business and the selling business. Unless we have separately agreed otherwise in writing, Hunas is not a party to those contracts, is not the seller or buyer of the goods, and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, description, pricing, delivery or payment of any order placed through the platform.

4. Your content and data

You keep ownership of the catalogues, pricing, documents, images and other content you put into Hunas. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, transmit and display that content in order to operate the service for you and for the counterparties you trade with.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload the content you provide and that it is accurate. Product descriptions, allergen and origin information, certifications and prices are yours to maintain.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Hunas to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to trade goods you are not permitted to sell. Do not attempt to access accounts or data belonging to businesses other than your own, probe or interfere with the security of the platform, scrape it by automated means without our written consent, resell access to it, or upload malicious code.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

6. Connected third-party services

Hunas can connect to services you already use, such as accounting systems, email providers, messaging and payment providers. Those connections are made at your choice and are governed by your agreement with the provider concerned. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party services, and you may disconnect them at any time.

7. Fees and subscriptions

Some features are provided on a subscription or usage basis. Applicable fees, billing period and currency are shown before you subscribe. Unless stated otherwise, fees exclude taxes, which are added where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and the change takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

If payment fails or an account falls into arrears, we may suspend paid features after giving notice. Your records remain available for export during any suspension.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Hunas available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates and factors outside our control may cause interruption. We may add, change or withdraw features; where a change materially reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunas is provided "as is" and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Insights, forecasts, suggested quantities, extracted document data and other automated or artificial-intelligence output are provided to assist your judgement. Verify them before relying on them for a commercial or operational decision.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Hunas and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the service would create a security or legal risk.

On termination, your right to use the platform ends. We will make your business records available for export for a reasonable period, after which they are deleted or retained only as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops or as legal requirements change. When we make a material change we will update the date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the application or by email. Continuing to use Hunas after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
